New Customer Operations Manager joins the GTMaritime family
As the shipping industry collectively wakes up to the seriousness of cyber risk and begins taking steps to lock down onboard systems, more and more vessel owners are adopting solutions from GTMaritime to protect their crew and their business.
To ensure we maintain the quality and responsiveness of support familiar to our existing clients, we are pleased to welcome Tracey Kelly as new our customer operations manager.
Tracey brings two decades of IT experience, helping organisations in sectors ranging from logistics to healthcare and leisure to set up and manage the information systems that are critical to their operations. Her technical expertise, attentiveness and management skills will be tested to the full as she steps into her new role – taking responsibility for all customer-related product support and services at GTMaritime.
Ahead of her official start date, Tracey – who, incidentally, is a full member MENSA – told GTMaritime Download: “I am delighted to be joining the GTMaritime family at what is a very exciting time for the industry. Digital systems and increased connectivity offer shipping many benefits but also bring new challenges. GTMaritime is dedicated to maximising the former and minimising the latter.
